Posted - Oct 05 2010 : 11:17:05 AM On my way out of the grocery Saturday morning, I got hooked in by a boyscout troupe selling popcorn products as a fundraiser. I ended up buying the most reasonable thing (a 3 lb., $10.00 bag of popping corn) and I have more popcorn that I'll never know what to do with!
So, anyone have any recipes (besides popcorn balls?) I'm thinking this would be a great way to make some homemade Christmas gifts (and reduce the poundage of corn!!!)

Posted - Oct 06 2010 : 07:56:48 AM I remember a while back Mother Earth News had a recipe for pie with popcorn in it. I made it and it was good. I am sure if search their site the recipe will come up.

That looks wonderful! That's on the list, for sure. I also think I found one with white chocolate...this could be a fatty autumn!
