i am making mozzarella cheese. lots lol so what can i wrap or soak it in to stay fresh and not dry out. i have cheese wax for cheddar. cheese cloth dries it out. plastic i hate. what do you all use? thanks sherrye

Sherry, do you add water to your jars for the mozzarella? That's what we do for our Bulgarian feta.
