does anyone here know where I might be able to find a chart or something that will tell how to pluck/skin/gut a quail properly?for a total novice on this type of thing.
I'm wanting to gather a few resources together and start planning/learning more about the types of animals I'd like to raise on our land..when we get to that point.Any help you can provide is much appreciated. Thanks!

Try The Joy of Cooking. I'm not positive they have instructions for quail, but I would bet money that they do because I KNOW mine has instructions for SQUIRREL!!
