I forgot to mention that I did indeed make these and they were wonderful - purposely left a couple for longer than cupcakes usually last around here, and they were still moist as ever 5 days later. Yum! Same blogger now has a butternut squash brownie recipe and I need to get another squash so I can try those as well :)
