I just wanted to share a couple of links I'd found on the subject. I'm sure glad I found these before we tried DH's bright idea to "put the squash in paper bags in a laundry basket" to store. Does anyone have any ideas how to store squash and pumpkin to take up as little room as possible? It's tough to store SO many (I'll post pics later) in a as little space as possible! I just don't know what to do... my basement is only so big!
