Posted - Sep 16 2010 : 04:24:44 AM My banana pepper plants produced hundreds of peppers this year. I have canned hot pepper mustard and pickled peppers. I have stuffed some with cooked sausage and froze them. I have also cleaned them and froze them. Finally, I have given a bunch away. I have about a hundred left sitting on the counter staring me down. Any ideas?

Posted - Sep 17 2010 : 08:25:40 AM Thank you for the ideas. I think I am going to roast and peel them like you would a sweet red pepper and freeze them. I might also tried the ones rolled in panko and fried.
