Posted - Jul 31 2010 : 06:21:32 AM My green beans have been producing like crazy, so I've been going through the motions.... gather them, wash and dry them, snap them and put them in the freezer, leaving behind a batch for the fridge, of course. I find the action of snapping them very relaxing... something about the sound and the feeling of them being snapped. And of course that fresh aroma! It has become a sort of meditation time for me. All the things my mind wants to purge comes to me when I'm snapping beans! Anyone else have similar stories?
