I have an abundance of carrots ~ any suggestions as to what to do with them??

I didn't get these to grow either! Someone gave them to me. I never thought about freezing them ( OF COURSE YOU CAN)!

you are lucky, I can never get them to grow. When I have too much of an item I either freeze it or dry it. SOme one gave me several pounds of carrots and I grated them in the food processor and froze them in 1/2 cup bags for everything from soups to taco sauce. I dry some of the grated carrots for soups I make. Also I like to keep a few cups of carrot puree on hand to add to breads. Also froze in 1/2 cup containers. Hope that was helpful, good luck, Carol
