I had to post about my very first Bakeover experience...yum! I have a copy of MJ's magazine (the special cooking issue) and my sister and I were drooling over all the goodies to make.

It's been raining here for 12 days straight and I needed to do some serious cooking to improve my mood today. There is nothing quite as comforting as chopping vegetables, rolling dough and heating up the oven on a cold, rainy day.

The results were divine! I altered the recipes I saw in the magazine to use up some of the veggies we have on hand. I would post a picture, but I'm not sure how, BUT I was so excited about it, I posted a picture on my blog.

The great thing about bakeovers - well, one of the great things....you can use anything in your kitchen, put it together and have a great meal. Congrats! Your sounds like it came out yummy. I, too, love to cook when the weather is bad, and the kitchen is cozy!

Peace
