Posted - Jul 19 2010 : 11:33:24 AM Last year I canned Peach BBQ sauce for the first time. IT was a huge hit and back on the menu to make again once peaches come in. This year I've been trying syrups. So far I have made apricot, cherry, and blueberry. BF likes the apricot and we haven't tried the others yet. Stocking up and loving it!

Posted - Jul 20 2010 : 7:03:01 PM I also love making syrups. They are great over everything. I usually make peach, blueberry, blackberry, and mulberry. I don't have access to any other fruits. Laurie, I also would like your Peach BBQ sauce recipe. Please share. |

Posted - Jul 20 2010 : 09:26:16 AM The BF has an orchard so I get lots of peaches. We had a lot of seconds last year, that is what led to the BBQ sauce. I'll look up the recipe. It was in one of my books and get it posted in the next day or so.

Posted - Jul 20 2010 : 06:16:37 AM I'm gonna have to look into that! My family loves blackberry syrup. I made mulberry jelly and it didn't set up, so we've been usin and sellin it as syrup! He! He! We get a dollar extra a bottle for syrup!
