We have a bunch of wild elderberries near us that look to be ripe in a week or so. This will be my first time making elderberry jelly. Does anyone have any special tips or great recipes?

Elderberry jelly is made just like any other jelly. I used to make it all the time. Elderberries are not very sweet so you may want to add a little more sugar though.
