Posted - Jun 14 2010 : 09:16:46 AMI can serve beverages with no issues but sometimes the health department frown on "FOOD" samples. Otherwise I would make something else. I saw the Parsley Soda in my searches. Have you tried it? It doesnt say how long it has to set after you add the yeast. Is it ready right away?
Posted - Jun 13 2010 : 6:41:10 PMA few years ago - 15 or 20? - there was a book about diets by body type - and for my body type, A - adrenal, or high-stress - the recommendation is parsley tea. I had some trouble finding parsley tea back then - but I see from a google search that it is still current at http://www.weightlosscentral.org/diets/the-body-type-diet.aspx And what is wrong with promoting fatoush or tabouli salads? They feature parsley as a primary ingredient...
