parsley! But no alcohol. I took my Strawberry Basil Lemonade to the farmers market and it was a HUGE hit! Sold out of my basil by 9:00! I need to move a lot of Parsley next week. Anyone know any drink recipes with this odd ingredient?

This one looks yummy too- and maybe if you blended it with ice to make kind of a slushy?

Julie- if you click on step four it says to let it sit for a day or two until the soda bottle won't let you push the plastic in anymore. It soudns really interesting! I might have to try it!

I can serve beverages with no issues but sometimes the health department frown on "FOOD" samples. Otherwise I would make something else. I saw the Parsley Soda in my searches. Have you tried it? It doesnt say how long it has to set after you add the yeast. Is it ready right away?

A few years ago - 15 or 20? - there was a book about diets by body type - and for my body type, A - adrenal, or high-stress - the recommendation is parsley tea. I had some trouble finding parsley tea back then - but I see from a google search that it is still current at http://www.weightlosscentral.org/diets/the-body-type-diet.aspx And what is wrong with promoting fatoush or tabouli salads? They feature parsley as a primary ingredient...
