I love to find homemade versions of "store-bought" yuckies, my kids beg for this ice cream topping, and we don't really go out for ice cream sundaes any more, we make homemade organic ice cream or buy some at the health food store. and even more thrilled that everyone loved it and no one begs for the other stuff at the grocery store any more! My 12 year old son doesn't even complain about our "homemade" life any longer, every time he has friends over they rave about having home made meals and want to help in the garden. It makes me happy! :-)

I used raw cacao powder, and it was fabulous! I think you can use carob and cocoa powder interchangeably. |
