I just got two of these books from the library. I am very interested in this. The only problem is my sister in law that I live with can't live without her junk and the freezer is always full of ice cream, quickies, etc. Does the two week thing take lots of room??

I really need to try once a month cooking, because I hate cooking, I prefer baking. but you can't feed your kids cookies and cakes all the time!

I use this quite frequently & it does save time! I don't think it takes up too much room. It seems if you can stack things it actually takes less room.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I've used OAMC before and you'd be surprised at how little room it takes up. Try using the "filing" method for freezing: You freeze flat in ziplock bags and then "file" them side by side. Be sure to label! You really will never know what's in there if you don't label. Good luck!
