Posted - May 09 2010 : 5:29:14 PM I just put 4-1/2 pounds of Rhubarb in my freezer - dry pack method. Anyone have a good Rhubarb Custard Pie recipe that they love? Grandma used to make one that was so good, the top of the custard use dto get caramelized in the oven. Oh I can smell it cooking now..... Kate

Posted - May 09 2010 : 6:23:36 PM I have one! Go to allrecipes.com and search for Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie. I made it and it is awesome. Very good custard and carmelized top. If you can't get it their e-mail me and I will send it to you.
