Posted - Apr 29 2010 : 09:13:24 AM I have so many eggs right now and thought I would make an angel food cake for next week's festivities. May is loaded with birthdays, graduations and of course Mother's Day, the most important day of the year! And I will have some fresh strawberries by then too! So if anyone has a good easy recipe I would love it.
Thanks so much. I know I can count on my farmgirl sisters.

I think they will keep for a few days if you cover them with water in a glass or bowl.
Anyone else have any ideas?

Posted - Apr 29 2010 : 4:09:01 PM Thank you, Lori. I just copied it. So what do you do with all those yolks? I thought about noodles.

Posted - Apr 29 2010 : 4:00:57 PM I used to make this Heavenly Angel Food Cake from Taste of Home over and over again when I had hens and lots of eggs:

It always turned out, and it's a family favorite.
