Posted - Apr 27 2010 : 09:39:44 AM erin you can do it. i lived for 1 1/2 years without it. i am anemic so i was told to go gluten free. the girls are right. we even have restaurants now that have gluten free.celiac.com is a great site. we have a local support group too. our health food store coded every product in there with a yellow and red tag to say gluten free. i have made some good bread. i find it needs to be eaten quick it drys out fast. i ended up not having celiac. i used to make a flourless choc gluteb free. egg based. cant find recipe. sorry. there are gals on here with lots of tricks to help you. i remember a post where there is a bunch of girls. i think it was on here. let us know how it goes. i have to say you need to evaluate your bread boards and toasters. the crumbs can be a problem.just my thoughts sherrye
