The other day I went up to get some jelly and found it was more like syrup. Would the heat have done that, or just bad processing? Is it still usable? Can I re-process it? Help!

I have had jams not set up before, they become ice cream syrup or pancake/waffle syrup . Don't store any canned stuff in the attic, it will shorten there life span.
