I have red rasberries and make jam but I also have golden rasberries and have never made jam with them. Has anyone ever made or heard of golden rasberry jam?

I used to have yellow raspberries until they contracted a disease and it killed all of my plants. They were so good. Yes, I have made yellow raspberry jam and it was just as good as the red jam. I followed the recipe and substituted the yellow berries. My only problem was the color, my mouth said "mmmm...raspberry jam" and my brain said "it can't be raspberry, it's yellow."

Yum Kim sounds delicious!! I have never heard of it, but would think it would be the same process as other raspberry jams?
Try it and let us all know how it turns out....with pictures of course! :)
