I like this because it can be assembled the night before!
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 Bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1lb Maple flavored breakfast sausage
3 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1- 8 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage with the onion, drain off excess fat. Wisk eggs. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and then transfer to a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
