Posted - Mar 23 2010 : 06:50:13 AM I've been making this bread for a couple months now. I've never been good at getting bread to come out right, but this is the perfect bread to go along with dinner and slop up juices and soups with and it ALWAYS comes out perfect. And the best part is that it takes hardly any effort at all. No yeast, no rising or anything. Just mix a few ingredients together and stick it in the oven and you've got nice, fresh warm bread to have with dinner. It's delicious with a little butter spread on top, or without it. It's a bit sweet, but that makes it perfect to go with salty roasts and soups! Give it a try and let me know what you think. My family loves it!
