Quick and Zesty Black-Bean Chili


Ingredients

* 1 16-oz. jar thick and chunky salsa
* 1 15- to 16-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
* 1-1/2 cups vegetable stock
* 1 fully cooked kielbasa, sliced
* 1/4 cup water
* 2 tsp. chili powder
* 1 tsp. minced garlic




Directions

1. In a large saucepan, stir together salsa, beans, vegetable stock, kielbasa, water, chili powder and garlic. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle chili into bowls. Top with sour cream and diced onion

I'll put my teenager right on it- a good recipe for kids to make too, giving us a break ND a good dinner!!!
