Hi! We tried MaryJane's recipe for the Mediterranean Green peppers from this month's newsletter (the Cluck), and they were SUPER! I used ground chicken because we are trying to cut down on eating too much beef. The filling is delicious. I could also see making it into a meatloaf or stuffing tomatoes. I had alot of extra filling, so next time will use more peppers. Anyone else try it yet?

Hi Annika,
I will try to forward it to you, it is still in my box. If it doesn't work, maybe the farm can email it you again if you ask?

Tonight I made my first Irish Soda bread, from the Feb/March issue of Mary Janes Farm. Yummy! It turned out great, and will be a "favorite" recipe! Can't wait to eat some warmed up with jam for breakfast! Really, it was a really easy recipe, and I had everything on hand. Amy, still haven't made your soup yet, but will make some more of this bread to go with it. YUM!

We are going to have them this coming week whether hubby wants to or not- he is not a fan of stuffed peppers but I am! Yummy!

I was wondering when you were going to try it. ;) It sounds grand! I might have to put that on the menu for this coming week!
