Posted - Mar 15 2010 : 7:13:45 PM Hi! We tried MaryJane's recipe for the Mediterranean Green peppers from this month's newsletter (the Cluck), and they were SUPER! I used ground chicken because we are trying to cut down on eating too much beef. The filling is delicious. I could also see making it into a meatloaf or stuffing tomatoes. I had alot of extra filling, so next time will use more peppers. Anyone else try it yet?

Posted - Mar 17 2010 : 6:15:20 PM Tonight I made my first Irish Soda bread, from the Feb/March issue of Mary Janes Farm. Yummy! It turned out great, and will be a "favorite" recipe! Can't wait to eat some warmed up with jam for breakfast! Really, it was a really easy recipe, and I had everything on hand. Amy, still haven't made your soup yet, but will make some more of this bread to go with it. YUM!
