The Maker's Diet by Jordan Rubin is a great book to read to find steps to restore ones health or just about trying to lead a healither lifestyle...

You will be amazed at how Rubins failed health and his road to recovery is so connected to a healthy lifestyle and eating the biblical way...

If you have read this book...I would love to hear what you think about The Maker's Diet...

I definitely agree with eating like this, and I believe it's the healthiest that there is. The book sounds wonderful, I'd love to read it!
