MMM I just made a loaf of this and am waiting for it to cool so I can glaze it - it smells fabulous. Has anyone else tried this recipe? It looks good too. In fact all of the dessert recipes in the cookbook of hers that I have look good.....I think I need more butter:)

I only have one of her cookbooks but I'm thinking there are more on my horizon when my finances improve - everything in it sounds good.
Hmm, like I need more cookbooks:)

Ina is one of my favorite cookbook authors. Her chicken pot pie stew is out of this world!

It was really fun, especially because the finished product looked just like the picture in the cookbook, that never happens!!

I love making this cake too. I feel Ina's cookbooks are the best and I have them all. I have always had great success with all of her recipes. Have fun baking!

She is on the food network twice a day too and has a website that has many of her recipes as well. I love her recipes. They are easy for me to understand and make,

Amy
that sounds extra delish..& yes, go buy more butter. Butter is in. Every cook book I have gotten recently has oodles of butter in the recipes..
