Posted - Feb 11 2010 : 4:08:07 PM My favorite is called 'Boco Negro' (black mouth). It is a yummy decedent chocolate dessert that has only 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour. I make a raspberry sauce to go with it, or a white chocolate whipped cream.
For tomorrow and its needs I do not pray, but keep me, guide me, love me, Lord just for today. St. Augustine

1 package brownie mix (mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies)
Add: 2 Tablespoons Kahula 1 Tablespoon Expresso powder (coffee isle most stores) 1/2 -3/4 chopped nuts of choice
Mix well, bake according to directions.
Let them cool about 10 minutes and cut, top each brownie with a dollop of whipped cream (or Cool Whip) and a cherry

Posted - Feb 10 2010 : 10:15:54 AM the Pioneer Woman is featuring a delicious-sounding lemon thyme muffin on her blog. Evidently it was a Food Network magazine recipe recently. It sounds easy, too. Bakerella's blog is a great place to find special recipes, too.
