I teach High School Alterantive Ed. today for our Experiential class I am making Hummus with them. It will be interesting to see if they like it!We are going to start dehydrating next week.

The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery.

Hummus, and MJB's recipe for crackers goes perfect with hummus. I just found a new website for dehydrating food, it's wwwdehydrate2store.com. Great ideas there, Carol

Forget buns of steel, I'd rather have buns of cinnamon!

That will be a yummy lesson! I love hummus. My favorite though is roasted beet hummus. Completely different and oh so yummy! Even my hubby who doesn't like beets loves it! You will have to let us know how your class goes!
