1. Pesto linguine with a lot of garlic!
2. A really good bagel with cream cheese.
3. And in a pinch----Peanut butter and honey toast.... definitely!

Diana, I have to try your sour dough waffles, and anyone who could sneak beer into breakfast has to be a friend of mine. Are you sharing recipes?

My favorite is Shepherds Pie - is that just a New England thing or do you girls know what it is? It is a caserole made with ground beef and onions on the bottom, corn in the middle and then a layer of mashed potatoes covered on top with melted cheese and maybe crumbs. I made it not long ago for a friend who had never heard of it.

My grandma used to make potato dumplings. They are like grey tennis balls, they look terrible. But they are so good! I havent had them in years.

One thing I like to make for my family is veggie pie with a bisquit crust. Its so delicious and filling!

I have a few!! :)
Homemade mac and cheese, with homemade chicken "nuts"
Garlic studded rare roast beef with mashed potatoes and lots of butter, and fresh green beans
My homemade sauce with my meatballs, and rigatoni
My Nana's homemade sausage pizza, just the way she used to make it, that took me until just recently to get just right- why oh why, didn't I have her teach me to make it when I was young? This is THE only pizza that I like, probably because I grew up on it.
My Nana's chocolate cake- requested every year for my birthday since I was old enough to request it!
Hmmm, there's a pattern here too.... they are all my recipes, lol!!!
