Posted - Jan 11 2010 : 7:06:58 PM Hearty beef or chicken stew/soup, pot pies, lasanga (sp?), manicoti(sp?), roll-up biskits with shredded beef or chicken with veggys, enchiladas, shepards pie.

My daughter has it right now, but as soon as I get it I can send you some of the recipes if you like. They are made for freezing. I like to make Chili and freeze it, and of course spaghetti sauce. What a nice thing for you to do for them! :)
