I just got the book Fix, Freeze, Feast and I'm excited to try all the recipes. There are 125 to choose from!

I have a book called Don't Panic Dinners in the Freezer... I love this cook book. My family loves the Hawiian Chicken recipe.

Diana- I have a once a month cooking book that has some good recipes in it. My daughter has it right now, but as soon as I get it I can send you some of the recipes if you like. They are made for freezing.
I like to make Chili and freeze it, and of course spaghetti sauce.
What a nice thing for you to do for them! :)

Stuffed shells are a favorite of ours--they freeze/reheat really well--usually bake before I freeze them
