She has a lot of neat economical things on there too.
I too enjoy hot rice w/milk and a little honey & butter. Esp when I'm not feeling well.  It's my comfort food.

What a great site. I just looked at the emergency week menus so far, but I'm definitely going to keep reading.
Did you notice that she has "hot rice with milk" as one of the meals? I didn't know anyone else ate this besides me - it's the earliest meal I remember from childhood, and I always go back to it as comfort food. Mmm, rice with butter and milk. Nothing better.
