I am finding not only do I need new scissors but new muffin pans and loaf pans
I brought some really nice heavy bake wear at Bath and beyond.
I bake cookies on them and so forth
So
What are yalls favorite brand of bake wear
I brought some of those large insulated baking cookie sheets and I hate them for cookies
Okay to bake like sausage balls and etc. on them
and we use them to put under the slow cooker to procate our new counters
so,
What do you all like? hugs sheila

For loaf pans, i love my pampered chef stoneware pans, wouldn't use anything else!

I have put mine in the dishwasher and they seem to do fine with it.

Wilton pans are very hevy and the ones I own have lasted for years without showing wear. They do have the no-stick coating on them. I have a tendency to grease and flour cake pans regardless of the coating, just to be on the safe side. But I've never had problems with food sticking to my Wilton pans.

my mother in law bought me some calphalon pans and I have to admit, they are really nice. i use mine A LOT and they hold up to the wear and tear. I have had them for about 5 years now and NONE of them are showing signs of rust. The muffins pop out of the tins with very little spray oil in the bottom (i don't use paper cups).

there may be others out there that are nice, but these have been well worth the $$ in my book.
