That looks fantastic and yummy! i'd love to try, but don't have a fireplace. Though we are considering building a fire pit/roaster outside for summer and dutch oven cooking!

Hi Brenda, it's almost done. we put a screen in front of the fireplace, or else the dogs would be attacking it, lol

Joann, i have a dog named ollie, lol. It takes a almost the same, maybe a little longer than in the oven. I may make gravy, we'll see. I have yet to put the biscuits up too.yum.
