I am writing a letter tomorrow to tide for a huge change in product. I use to pay $6.00 for 32 loads. now it is 19 loads or $6.00. Dog food is next. (I have tried to make my own laundry detergent but it did not clean my DH shirts so I had to replace them)
It is time to let these companies know we are not going to just sit back and let them rip us off.

It's happening to almost everything from tuna to cheese. The 8oz pkg of cheese is now 7 ozs, the 8 oz container of yogure has now gone down to 4 ozs, and on and on. As much as possible, I'm just now buying the smaller/same $$ items. If everyone does that, the companies will get the message too.

I write to let companies know what I think of there product, most of them will send you a standard note and a coupon or two.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

This is just sad. Those big companies make so much money off of us, and they try to rip of us again. Shame on them.

I started to enter a contest with Good Housekeeping for Lennox (free) only to find out that a subscription to their magazine was required. When is free not free?

Writing to the companies is a very good thing. Sometimes I think they actually listen. I do it too and sometimes I have gotten more than just a form letter back. At least the companies will know how the consumer feels. MB
