Posted - Nov 05 2009 : 08:23:40 AM Does anyone have one of these? I just ordered one. I have been looking for a good filter & did not want the trouble of hooking one up to the faucet. These are pretty, stainless, are used to filter water in 3rd world countries,(so they definitely do the trick) do not require any electricity or anything, & will sit on our crock stand that formerly housed those stupid 5 gallon blue plastic bottles that are now bad for you. Filters are pricy, but are washable & should last about 3 years. Here is a link

Posted - Nov 06 2009 : 08:15:09 AM My daughter has two. She purchased them because she and DH are in the Dominican Republic right now. Been there since April and will be there until the week before Christmas (God willing they'll be coming home then). Her DH has a job where they travel a lot, and they take their Berkies everywhere. They both said they don't know what they'd do without them.
**P.S. They also have the portable Berkies.
