Posted - Nov 03 2009 : 10:25:48 AM I canned the tomatoes but didn't cook them down enough. So, I have some swell tomato juice but don't need that. So, hubby is building a nice fire in the wood stove and I'll cook them down on that. I don't have any extra lids right now, have to get those tmr, when I go to town. So, at least I can re-do some of the jars. I'm going to toss the yellow tomato ones as I don't think I put enough lemon juice in them, for the acid.
We'll see how THIS goes. Any advice welcome and freely asked for!! ![](icons/icon_smile_tongue.gif)
