PUMPKIN - APPLE SAUCE TEA BREAD

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
1 c. apple sauce
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. milk
3 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins and/or dates

Put eggs in electric mixer, turn on low. Add next six ingredients slowly, mixing well after each. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixer, then add remaining ingredients, mixing well after each. Pour into 2 well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Transfer to cooling rack.
