Sesame Honey Candy I love making candy =) I hope you all will love this simple treat that I found on the web a while ago, its very good!
For this recipe you’ll need the following:
* 2 ˝ Cups Sesame Seeds * 1 ˝ Cups Honey * Pinch of Sea Salt
First, toast your sesame seeds in a skillet until they begin to colour. Make sure to stir the seeds frequently and shake the pan so that they toast uniformly with no seeds scorching.
When the seeds have toasted, add the honey to the pan and cook over medium to medium-high heat until the honey is heated to the soft-ball stage.
When the candy has reached the soft-ball stage, pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cool the candy in the fridge for approximately 20 minutes, then score the cooling candy as it pleases you: triangles, diamonds, squares. Return to the fridge until the candy has cooled completely, and break it along the score lines. Serve!
