I just made a really nice little tea sandwich (and have lemon ginger tea with a dollop of local honey) ...It's nice!
Take a tub of cottage cheese (or make your own)
chop up a cucumber (or half - I just eye ball how much goes in)
take some fresh or dried dill .. I just took a pinch...
mix it up and let it sit for a while, longer the better...
I had some hazelnut poppyseed bread... toasted that...
use a cookie cutter, cutting out in circles..or use a knife cutting
off the crusts...
dollop the cottage cheese mixture on the bread... and serve!

That does sound good! I love cottage cheese and am always looking for different ways to flavor it - this sounds simple and delicious, thanks. |
