I finally made banana bread without an undercooked center! You more experiences bakers probably already had this figured out. I always have a problem with an undercooked center with my banana bread, but this time I baked it in a bundt pan and reduced the cooking time and it came out perfect! Yay! I also found a delicious recipe online for banana bread and posted my experience baking it in the bundt pan.

I hope this helps someone! :)

Bundt pan

Now that's one I'll have to file back for zucchini bread too

I always have the same problem due to trying to save the top from burning and ending up with the undercooked middle
