Cajun brownies are probably the easiest no fail brownie you can make. The topping added makes it a unique type of brownie.

Ingredients
1 box Yellow Cake Mix 3 eggs
1 stick butter melted 1 tsp vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar

Directions
Put the yellow cake mix in a bowl.

Melt the butter.Add the butter and one egg to the mix. Mix together until it looks like dough.

Spray a 9X13 pan with Pam cooking spray and spread the dough on the bottom.

Microwave the cream cheese until it is soft. In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese, 2 eggs, and the vanilla and mix with a mixer until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix with the mixer until all lumps are removed. Pour the mixture over the dough and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool and cut.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw 'Cajun Brownies'. I thought that maybe they would have spicy seasoning to them :) I have a recipe for Brownies with hot sauce and they are actually good :)

Thank you for posting Chandra

Sounds fabulous! Wish the wind would quit so I knew the power would stay on and I would make some. We'll do tomorrow. Thank-you
