I am looking for a low carb granola bar recipe. I have tried several but they did not taste too good. The dog liked them

Thanks,

Doglady

In general, anything "low carb" isn't so great for you. Since most granola recipes are full of whole grain oats and wheat germ, most granola is good carbs. If you want to make it more low carb, keep the sugar low.

Maryjane has a recipe (I think) for granola bars in one of her mags. Im trying to think if it's low carb or not. I know she makes them. Let me check and I will get back to you. Sorry if I'm wrong.

she selects wool and flax and works with eager hands Prov.31:13
