Posted - Sep 26 2009 : 7:58:49 PMI made a huge batch of plum butter today with ripe plums. I used Mary Janes recipe from her book, and it tastes very very tart. Is it supposed to taste this way? Is there something I can add to make it a little smoother? Thanks so much for your help!!
