Posted - Sep 05 2009 : 4:42:52 PM i'm a die-hard foodie and was wondering what your favorite food or cooking shows are!
i don't get satellite tv anymore, but i LOVED "anthony bourdain's no reservations" and "bizarre foods with andrew zimmern." i miss those ones.
i also love paula deen. i thought "feasting on asphalt" was a pretty good short series... but i especially miss the food network during thanksgiving....
now, i watch the PBS cooking shows, such as julia child, "cio italia" and whatever else is on, really...
how about you?

Posted - Sep 05 2009 : 8:25:08 PM I dont have cable, so I get to watch PBS. I love Lidia, Rosemary, Americas Test Kitchen, Jacques Pepin. I also watch Rick Bayless but its more like a train wreck. He uses too much cilantro for me, but I never change the channel.
Katie Brown has been on all weekend. She gets on my nerves.

Posted - Sep 05 2009 : 7:33:49 PM Watching my Mom in the kitchen cooking, a pinch of this, a dollop of that, a sprinkle of this. Better than any cooking show on TV.

Posted - Sep 05 2009 : 6:33:37 PM I love Lidia and Julia Child with Jacques Pepin (spelled his last name wrong) but the two of them are on our PBS channel and it's fun to watch them together.
