My husand grew some spaghetti squash this year and I'm not sure how to prepare it. I do know you can cook it in the microwave. If I wanted to cook it in the oven or oil it, how long? I know you can use spaghetti sauce ut does anyone have anymore ideas?

Thanks alot.

I love spaghetti squash! I fix it with different sauces. Cinnamon and honey or sugar is a nice change also.

I cut in half and baked, then made up a veggie stuffing with rice and stuffed them. Yummy and the stringing aspect is fun to play with.

Thanks Diana. I made a marinara sauce and ate it as spaghetti and it was great. My hus and really liked it. He suggested an alfredo sauce might e good. Anyone have a good recipe for the sauce?

I have a bunch too cut in half scrape seeds and wash. Now you can bake it on a cookie sheet till tender then use as speg noodles. You can cut in half wash put olive oil garlic and any herb youlike and bake on the grill. Speg squash has a stringy insides and if you scrape with a fork will just come out like noodles.I do mine 350 until tender different sizes will take longer or shorter
