Ok, I made up corn relish this year, but haven't a clue how to use it. I don't do hot dogs, which is the only thin I know to put relish on. Any ideas?

Oh yeah. Yummy Olathe sweet corn. It was wonderful. I also canned some up for later use adn have some frozen corn waiting for me upon my return. Back in ND for a few weeks.

Great - I thought it was only for Brats and hot dogs as well. I canned 15 pints with left-over corn and wondered if I would really ever use it up. Now I know we will.

We like to have it with/on top of pork chops and other meats, but esp. pork chops :)

Laurie,

Growing up in New England that is something we would have for a side alongside Boston Baked Beans and Baked Ham :)

Did you use Olathe Corn Laurie? Yum!

In the south we eat pickles with our meals. I had never had corn relish till Angela sent me some when we had a barter. I served it with dinner as a side instead of pickles and my family just loved it. I bartered with her to get more. I also made salmon pattie burgers I put it on top instead of pickles and it was really good.
