This is a wonderful cake I made up. You'll love it! And it's very good for you to!!

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups cane sugar
1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
1 tsp sea salt
1+ 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp cinamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups grated zucchini

For toping
1 cup ground pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 3x9 pan.
2. In a medium size bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cane sugar, and salt. Mix well.
3. In another bowl beat eggs, vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla together. Pour egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix well. Stir in the shredded zucchini. and put on topping. Pour batter into prepared pan.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan.
5. Enjoy!!
