Some local foodies and I are collaborating on this food blog, it's got some great recipes using lots of farm-fresh produce and veggies and NO junk! Just though I'd share, as I know alot of you farmgirls cook this way.

I just posted a recipe on the blog for Queso Blanco - it's a SUPER easy cheese and only requires milk and vinegar. if you've never made cheese before, this is a great place to start!

I personally am dying to try the mayonnaise and the cottage cheese! Those are on my to-do list!

i made some queso blanco the other night and got pics of it, so I'll be posting that on the site soon. it is SO EASY and if you've never made cheese before it is a great place to start. all you need is milk and vinegar and some cheesecloth!
