Posted - Aug 04 2009 : 4:48:45 PM I just posted a recipe on the blog for Queso Blanco - it's a SUPER easy cheese and only requires milk and vinegar. if you've never made cheese before, this is a great place to start! |

i made some queso blanco the other night and got pics of it, so I'll be posting that on the site soon. it is SO EASY and if you've never made cheese before it is a great place to start. all you need is milk and vinegar and some cheesecloth! |
