This comes together in about 30 minutes and tastes SO amazing with Juanita corn chips crushed on top!

2-3 cans beans (black, pinto, kidney, navy, white, etc.)
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 onion
3 carrots
2 stalks celery (optional)
1-2 cans corn
2 T chicken bouillon powder
Couple dashes each-dried parsley, dried basil, dried oregano, pepper, season salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and other spices or seasonings you like

Brown the turkey and onion in an iron skillet. Add the beans with liquid, vegetables, bouillon and seasonings. Add a few cans water. Bring to a boil, and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sounds good and easy and I love it when I already have all the ingredients. Will give it a try. Thanks Melissa.
