Hey, All -
I just made the rhubarb coffee cake that was in the Mary Jane's Farm glamour camping issue with the rhubarb we got in our CSA last week and it was awesome - delicious and easy to make! I highly recommend it!

Actually, you may not want to. I'm seriously having trouble staying away from the stuff, it's so yummy; it seems to get even better the next day!

I know rhubarb is pretty common here in the northeast. Is it the same where you are?
