Posted - Jun 30 2009 : 11:50:14 AM Last week in my CSA box I got some garlic scapes, so I thought I'd try the "Garlic Scape Pesto" in MaryJane's book. Got it all mixed up, and boy...is it ever strong! Yesterday, got more garlic scapes. I was wondering if anybody else had tried this before, or if anyone has an idea how to dial it back a notch or two? It's still good...just REALLY strong.
